Artem, who was 5 years old at the time, saved his mother when she passed out
by calling 911, even though he didn’t know the exact address of the house.
The woman was at home with her young son when she suddenly felt sick.
Artem and his mother Karina were going to kindergarten, but when Artem
started acting up, his mother’s blood pressure went up, she lay down
on the bed, and she passed out.
The five-year-old boy did not lose his mind and call 911 by mistake.
Little Artem said that his mother taught him to call 911, so as soon
as the woman stopped moving, he did just that.
He says that while he was talking to the specialist, his mother woke up.
He gave her the phone, but she couldn’t talk.
So, her mother gave her the house’s address, but the woman can’t remember
it. Karina said that they just moved into this apartment a few weeks ago,
so the boy hasn’t yet remembered the address.
Karina said, “Artyom really saved me. When the ambulance came, I had very
high blood pressure, it was very painful, I couldn’t open my eyes, and my
arms and legs were numb. Experts got there in time to help the woman.
The only reason the story ended well was because a little boy did the
right thing. His mother had taught him to call 911 in an emergency.
