Victoria Salcedo was born and raised in Ecuador.
Many predicted a great future for the bright, cheerful and energetic girl.
Victoria loved to pose, was not shy of anyone and from early childhood dreamed of a modeling career.
But in 2001, fate made its own adjustments to the life and plans of the girl.
As a result of a series of unpleasant events related to electric shock, 5-year-old Victoria was left with only one limb, having lost both arms and her left leg.
Victoria had to learn to do all the daily chores anew, now doing with only one leg.
Her parents understood that their daughter’s dreams of the podium were not destined to come true, but they supported and encouraged her in every possible way.
However, Victoria herself did not even think of abandoning her plans and did everything possible to implement them.
Even with one limb, she continued to dream of becoming a model.
After school, Victoria entered the university at the Faculty of Journalism.
Leading a very active lifestyle, she was looking for herself both in music and in art, and even was fond of scuba diving. But the dream of a modeling career still took its toll.
In 2021, the girl announced her intention to participate in Miss Ecuador contest.
And although Victoria did not get the prize, many world media wrote about the unusual participant.
After participating in the beauty contest, Victoria’s popularity increased dramatically.
Hundreds of thousands of fans began to subscribe to her social media pages, and several media agencies offered her advertising contracts.
Victoria is now a famous model and blogger.
She leads a busy life, travels a lot and often appears on TV screens in various shows.
At the age of 26, she has already achieved a lot and continues to reach new and new peaks every day.
And the presence of only one limb does not interfere with her in this at all.
