Tiffany Wedekind is a resident of Columbus, Ohio. When the girl was 30 years old, something happened to her that changed her life forever.
Everything was as usual, in the evening she fell asleep, and when she woke up in the morning, she looked at herself in the mirror and was very surprised. She saw some pretty deep wrinkles on her face. They seemed to appear overnight.
Tiffany wasn’t focusing on them, maybe she hadn’t noticed them before, or maybe she hadn’t slept well. We all get old eventually. A week later, new wrinkles began to appear, even deeper and very noticeable. Then the girl decided to visit the doctor. After some tests, it turned out that Tiffany had a rare genetic disease called pregeria.
Usually, such a disease manifests itself in kids from birth, and by the age of 2, a fairly large set of diseases of old age is detected in a kid.
In Tiffany’s case, the doctors diagnosed that she most likely had a mild form, so the disease had not manifested itself before. Unfortunately, there are no specific treatments for the disease yet, and people simply have to accept what is happening to them.
Tiffany turned out to have an iron character and soul power. She does not give up and tries to lead a normal life as before. Now she goes in for sports and dancing, travels a lot and communicates with her friends.
Relatives and friends also support the girl, which she is very grateful to them for reconnaissance. It should be noted that Tiffany is a rather fragile woman, her height is only 150 cm and her weight is 26 kilograms.
She has been practicing yoga for many years and hopes that it will help keep her joints flexible. Plus, she is the head of a large cleaning company and also owns a paraffin wax manufacturing company.
To date, 41-year-old Tiffany is considered the oldest woman in the world with premature aging syndrome.
