The spouses from the USA had their fifteenth child, and they are doubly happy, because now they have a daughter. The couple is already raising fourteen guys and has always dreamed of having a girl in the family. And, judging by the number of brothers, they will look after her in a way that no princess ever dreamed of.
Jay and Kateri Schwandt from Michigan met when they were freshmen at university. The relationship of the couple developed rapidly, and in 1993 the man made a marriage proposal to the girl, which could end in a fail.
By the time they graduated, they already had three children, but the couple decided that they wanted as many as possible, unlike the father from Turkey, who figured out how to hint about this to his wife.
No sooner said than done. Ultimately, Jay and his wife had 14 children, but, as strange as it may sound, they were all boys. The couple, of course, was happy to have sons, but they wanted a daughter. And in November 2020, the couple’s wish came true – Kateri gave birth to a girl, who was named Maggie.
Not only mom and dad are happy about this, but also brothers. According to the eldest son Tyler, the whole family is in seventh heaven and believes that they have been blessed from above.
My parents were finally blessed with a little girl. They didn’t think they would end up having a daughter. I don’t even know if my mom has pink clothes or anything like that.
Satisfied spouses in a conversation with reporters noted that they no longer plan to have children because fifteen is a beautiful number that will bring happiness to the house, and even more so with Maggie.
But feeding such a family is not an easy task, which will be confirmed by a mother of many children from Scotland.
