Meet Antonella Milena Santiago Padilla, a resident of a small Colombian town.
The cunning swindler managed to deceive her husband and relatives, pretending to be pregnant.
As it became known, the husband wanted to leave Antonella, but then he found out about an interesting situation and stayed out of a sense of duty.
So that the loved ones would not suspect anything, the woman used an overhead belly, which she stuffed with rags as the “term increased”.
And to make it more convincing, the Colombian showed ultrasound images that she downloaded from the Internet and passed off as her own.
On the day of the expected delivery, the woman left home.
And when she returned in the evening, she told her sentimental spouse that she had been kidnapped.
According to the fraudster, the attackers grabbed her near the clinic, threw her into a car and took her away in an unknown direction.
The woman said that she was injected with sleeping pills and her stomach was ripped open to take the child away.
She assured her husband that the bandits needed their baby to sell it on the black market.
The woman’s clever plan was revealed in the hospital, where her relatives (against her will) took her.
Doctors examined Padilla and found no knife wounds on her body. Moreover, they conducted a thorough examination and found out that Antonella was not pregnant.
By the way, at that time the police were already searching for the alleged kidnappers of children.
They interrogated local residents of the town and looked for at least some clues that would point to the gang.
