The mother of numerous children disproves the notion that it is vital to put on weight after giving birth

Simone Gately, 35, is a mother of five and an Instagram sensation with 34,000
followers. In the British city of Halifax, everyone raves about the mother of
many children’s lavish lifestyle.

She has a nearly ideal figure and five children, the eldest of whom is just nine.
Simon claims he is receiving an increasing number of letters from guys who want
to encourage him to follow the good example set by their wife and “reject”
pregnancy and motherhood.

She explains that she isn’t an expert, but she can speak from personal experience:
“I tell them that giving birth has a huge impact on a woman’s body, and pregnancy
and Everyone’s childbirth is different, so the recovery time after them can be
very different, but the happiness of having a child is in itself a reward that
outweighs everything else.”

The Brit does this every day: runs for an hour every morning at 5 a.m., walks
for an hour at lunch with the dog, the stroller, and one of the kids, and plays
indoor sports for 30 minutes twice a week.

Simon, 45, and her 45-year-old teacher husband are both committed to the idea
that children should be encouraged to walk extensively from an early age.

She put on a lot of weight during her first pregnancy from her incessant
cravings for food.

But eventually, she got herself together and started eating less.
She now makes it a priority to eat at least 80% of her calories from nutritious sources.

Breakfast usually consists of cereal or scrambled eggs, lunch is salmon salad,
and supper is usually fish or turkey with roasted veggies.

The lady claims that she is able to achieve everything and have fun in life
because she consistently engages in physical exercise.
